At Refrigerant Depot (premiumhvac.shop), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@premiumhvac.shop.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened refrigerant cylinders cannot be returned for safety reasons.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@premiumhvac.shop and we will resolve it immediately.
